We are building a small, senior team.
Mayhem Shield runs structured implementation assurance reviews for enterprise AI deployments. The work is technical, delivery-focused, and documentation-driven. We are not a large consultancy and we do not intend to become one.
No open positions right now. As we grow, we will be looking for people with real enterprise delivery experience, not generalists. The profiles below describe the kind of work and background that fits.
Security Architect: AI Implementation
You have deep enterprise security architecture experience and can run an implementation assurance review end to end: scoping, stakeholder interviews, control-gap analysis, architecture diagrams, and gate-ready outputs. You understand identity, network, data handling, and DevSecOps controls in real enterprise deployments, not just in theory.
Reviews typically involve AI coding assistants, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and self-hosted models. Familiarity with these patterns is useful. What matters more is whether you can assess how controls actually work in a given environment.
Delivery and Client Lead
You have experience managing technical consulting engagements for enterprise clients: coordinating evidence collection, stakeholder schedules, review timelines, and written deliverables. You can hold a client relationship through a structured engagement without drifting scope or losing timeline discipline.
This is a delivery coordination role, not a sales role. You will work closely with the technical leads on active engagements and own the client communication and output packaging side.
